based in Windsor, Canada.
CHALLENGE:
Current machines are 15 years old with obsolete machine controls unable to provide the processing and supporting data capabilities required for today's engineerng materials and ultra sophisticated mold design.
SOLUTION:
To maintain their world class status, IT chose to retrofit the MACO Compact control system for Injection Molding machines. The improvement in processing, tool change times and machine performance resulted in a plan to enhance all of their current machines over the next 2 years with the MACO Compact control system for Injection Molding machines.
